1. Shipping Locations:
We currently ship across all major cities and towns in India. For remote or out-of-delivery locations, shipping timelines may vary. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. During festivals, sales, or unforeseen situations (e.g., weather delays), deliveries may take longer than usual.

4. Shipping Charges:

• Standard Shipping: Free on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

• Orders below ₹999: Shipping charge of ₹50 applies.

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional fee of ₹30 applies.

5. Order Tracking:
Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email and/or SMS. You can use this to monitor the status of your order.

6. Delays & Support:
In case of delivery delays beyond 10 business days, please contact our support team for immediate assistance.
