Refund policy

At www.sheetalwears.in, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you received, we are here to help.

Returns:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns are not accepted for items that are used, washed, or altered. Certain items like innerwear, sale items, or custom-stitched products are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please email us at team@sheetalwears.in with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item received. Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note: Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Exchanges:
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the product and place a new order separately.
